2004 BAY BRITISH SPORT HORSE MARE
OWNERS: Hawley Bennett-Awad and The Jollybo Syndicate
Jollybo (Jolly) is a 2004 mare sired by Jumbo. After being imported from England, with Justine Dutton in the irons, Jollybo successfully completed six CIC3*’s and one CCI3* competition. Hawley hopes Jollybo, just twelve years of age, will make the ideal partner to represent her home country of Canada in the years to come. Hawley and Jollybo placed 1st at their competition debut at the Copper Meadows Horse Trials in the Preliminary division. At the Coconino Summer Horse Trials, Hawley and Jollybo moved up to Intermediate and placed 1st! They then went on to place 2nd in the Advanced CT at Coconino Horse Trials. At the Rebecca Farm CCI3*, Hawley and Jollybo finished 3rd in their first International Event together! Jollybo continues to impress, finishing in 2nd place in the Open Intermediate division at the September Copper Meadows event. At Twin Rivers in September, Hawley and Jollybo placed 7th in the Intermediate Championship division. To end their season, Jollybo and Hawley headed east to compete in the CCI3* at Fair Hill International where they placed in the top 20.
In 2017, Jollybo and Hawley finished in 2nd place in the Advanced at Twin Rivers.
Hawley is proudly offering a few select share opportunities in The Jollybo Syndicate, as she once again positions herself to represent Canada on the world stage at the 2018 World Equestrian Games.

2009 BAY THOROUGHBRED GELDING
OWNERS: Hawley Bennett-Awad and Gamal Awad
High Duty aka “HD” is a stunning young Thoroughbred gelding. He is one of the most athletic, yet cheeky young horses Hawley has ever ridden. HD earned several top placings at the Novice level in 2014 and capped off his season by being named the YEH Five-Year-Old West Coast Reserve Champion. In 2015 HD continued to excel, adding several more top placings at both the Training and Preliminary level to his record, and rounded out the 2015 season with an 8th place finish in the very competitive CCI1* at Galway Downs International. In 2016, Hawley and HD won the CIC1* division at Fresno County Horse Park! High Duty then went on to finish 4th at his first Intermediate at the June Copper Meadows event! Continuing at the Intermediate level at the Coconino Summer Horse Trials, Hawley and HD finished in 5th place. HD and Hawley competed in the CIC2* at the September Copper Meadows event, finishing in the Top 10. HD has all the features of a world-class competitor and has a very promising future ahead.
Hawley knows exactly what it takes to compete at the top of the sport of Eventing, with two Olympics and a WEG Silver Medal already to her name, and she knows that classic Thoroughbred blood will get you there. “Olive” is impressively bred, by The Twain and out of a line bred Mr. Prospector/Native Dancer mare. At just five years old, she certainly already has the looks and temperament that make her an obvious choice for the future. Olive was bred by the McFall’s at Dragonfire Farm and Hawley is so excited for their partnership together. Earl McFall presented Olive in her Young Event Horse debut in the Three-Year-Old division at the Galway Downs Spring Horse Trials in 2015, scoring an 82.5! In July of 2016, Olive continued her impressive ways by finishing third in the 4-year old Young Event Horse class.

In 2013, Hawley and Ginny earned 7th place at the Rolex Kentucky CCI4* and finished in the top 20 finish at the Pau CCI4* in France. In 2014 Ginny and Hawley went on to complete the mare’s 8th four-star event at Rolex Kentucky, finishing in 16th place.
